Here at PrettyBabyGifts.com, we recognize that our collection of products is unique and often times cannot be found elsewhere. Our Customer Service Representatives frequently receive questions from interested consumers around the world requesting for our products to be sent to them. Therefore, PrettyBabyGifts.com has proudly partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, for fulfillment of international orders outside the United States and Canada.

iShopUSA is an international shopping site that helps international customers (including APO, FPO) buy products from American-based on-line retailers who are currently not shipping outside of the United States. They serve the global shopping community and gladly accept many international credit cards and other forms of payment. iShopUSA is also ready and able to ship to military personnel who are stationed overseas, offering shipments to APO and FPO.

To begin, just add items to your shopping bag and upon checkout click the box that says “International checkout”. You will be redirected to iShopUSA’s website, and the contents of your shopping bag will be transferred to the cart on iShopUSA’s site. Then proceed through the checkout process until your order is placed.

Shipments will get to you as soon as possible. iShopUSA’s transit times vary from country to country. You may expect to receive your order in 4 to 20 business days (2 to 10 business days from PrettyBabyGifts.com to iShopUSA, and an additional 2 to 10 business days from iShopUSA to you).

If you select APO or FPO as shipping country, you may expect to receive your order in 9 to 25 business days (2 to 10 business days from PrettyBabyGifts.com to iShopUSA, and an additional 7 to 15 business days from iShopUSA to you).

Please be advised that the delivery time frames above are estimates only. PrettyBabyGifts.com & iShopUSA, do not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions for which both PrettyBabyGifts.com & iShopUSA cannot be held responsible. If you need your order by a certain date, please use the comments field on the last checkout page to let iShopUSA know. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA’s Customer Service Department.

Shipping and handling fees are not separated. These will be combined on your order and are automatically calculated by iShopUSA’s system, depending on the total amount of your order, how many items are in your order and the country to which the order will be shipped. Therefore, the best way to find out how much your entire order will be is to actually put the order through iShopUSA’s calculator (Link/Button "Calculate Shipping" on the "Shopping Cart" page).

iShopUSA accepts international credit cards, Paypal, and wire transfers to complete the order processing. At the time of checkout iShopUSA displays both currencies, the local currency and its USD equivalent. You will be charged in U.S. dollar. However, your statement will reflect your local currency.

There are NO HIDDEN FEES! All fees will be disclosed when you check out. Taxes and Duties (Landed Cost) will be disclosed to you prior to your check out. You may choose to let iShopUSA pay the landed fees on your behalf or you can be responsible for those fees when your items arrive.
